1带有液压升降系统，能自由升降锅盖及倒锅复位
2搅拌系统采用先进的锚式或双向，螺带式搅拌结构，调速方式：采用台湾台达或日本松下变频调速，可满足不同工艺要求的生产
3先进的四重齿结构均质器，独特底刀研磨工艺，充分保证物料乳化物料细粒度密封可靠（机械密封为德国博格曼），乳化转速为0-3500转／分c台湾台达或日本松下变频调速）
4材质为进口sus304或sus316l不锈钢，罐体及管道为镜面抛光，完全符合gmp规范
5真空脱泡能使韧料达到卫生无菌要求，并可采用真空吸料，可满足不同生产工艺的要求
6根据工艺要求，罐体可加热或冷却物料，加热方式可根据客户要求选用蒸汽或电加热
7先进的电控系统：可采用plc或者按钮控制，可配有真彩触摸屏，全面控制物料，搅拌及均质转速及时间等数据，并打印以上数据（选配）。温度控制采用欧姆龙温度控制。

four layer structure homogenizer and unique bottom knife grinding process fully
guarantee material’s emulsion and granularity. the burgmann germany mechanical
sealing part is reliable. emulsification speed can come to the speed of 3500rpm
(taiwan delta or panasonic frequency speed adjustment).

imported sus304 or sus316l stainless steel. the tank body and pipe are carried
out mirror polishing, which is in complete accordance with gmp standard.
5. the vacuum
defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being sanitary and
aseptic. the vacuum sucking material adopted can avoid dust, especially for the
powder products.
6. according
to technological requirements, the tank can heat and cool the material. the
heating method can be chosen to steam or electric heating according to customer
requirements
7. the
advanced electric control system can adopt plc control or button control, and
can be equipped with color touch screen to completely supervise the data of
material temperature, blending and homogenizing rotation speed and time etc and
print out the above data (optional). temperature control adopts omron.
